According to various media reports, the deal is valued at approximately $9.6 billion, which would surpass the previous NFL franchise sale record of $6.05 billion paid for the Washington Commanders three years ago. The estate of the late Paul Allen, Microsoft co-founder and longtime Seahawks owner, has reportedly signed a definitive accord with an ownership group led by the Khosla family.
