Live Nation-Backed Sao Paulo Arena Aims to Be South America Market Leader

The Stadium Business (07/31/26) Ridley, Rob Live Nation Entertainment has partnered with Cidade Center Norte to develop what is proposed to be Brazil’s first purpose-built, world-class arena and the largest indoor venue for live entertainment in South America. Dubbed The Sao Paulo Arena, it is set to include over 6,000 residential apartments and more than 100,000 square meters of corporate units along with restaurants, stores, medical facilities, leisure and entertainment. The arena will involve a reported joint investment of R$1.5 billion and feature a seating capacity of up to 21,000. The venue is expeced to host major concerts and a broad array of sporting events.
